The Professional Services team at SF Recruitment is urgently recruiting two Senior Employee Relations Advisors to support a busy, high-functioning HR department within a Health Service based in Croydon.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-paced, public-sector environment, providing high-level ER support and guidance to managers and stakeholders across the trust.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing a diverse and high-volume ER caseload, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence management, and complex investigations
• Supporting line managers with consistent, professional ER advice aligned with NHS policies and employment legislation
• Acting as a trusted advisor to leadership teams, helping navigate complex people issues in a unionised environment
• Ensuring all casework is handled sensitively, timely, and in line with NHS standards and values

What we’re looking for:

NHS Experience – Essential
This is a non-negotiable requirement. You must have recent, hands-on experience operating within an NHS HR or ER function. Familiarity with NHS terms and conditions, policy frameworks, and unionised environments is critical.

High-Pressure, High-Volume Case Handling
You must be able to demonstrate your ability to operate in a fast-paced setting, managing multiple cases at once with minimal supervision.
