Sales Administrator 
10-Month Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Contract)
£25,000
South Leicestershire – Fully office based 
9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday ( 35 hours )

SF Recruitment's Professional Services division is excited to be working exclusively with a construction company in South Leicestershire. We are looking for a dedicated Sales Administrator to join our client’s team on a 10-month fixed term contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound phone calls and emails from customers, providing updates on sales status for ongoing projects
  • Distribute marketing materials, mailshots, and progress updates to customers
  • Liaise with solicitors to compile and manage legal documentation
  • Keep the sales system up to date with information on new releases, reservations, exchanges, handovers, and legal completions
  • Produce reports for senior sales staff on performance and departmental updates

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Strong administrative skills, ideally within a sales setting
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport easily
