SF Recruitment is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and support marketing initiatives across various services.

Location - Derby

Hours - Full Time

Salary - Up to £31,500

About the Role

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will support the execution of marketing strategies, ensuring strong customer engagement and brand presence. Your role will be essential in delivering impactful marketing campaigns at both national and local levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns within set budgets and deadlines.
• Develop and optimise marketing initiatives across digital, print, and PR channels.
• Work closely with internal teams to maintain brand consistency.
• Support community engagement activities and collaborate with key stakeholders.
• Assist in developing marketing templates, tools, and guidelines.
• Manage marketing suppliers to ensure timely and effective delivery.
• Track and report marketing budgets and campaign performance.

What We’re Looking For

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Experience in a fast-paced marketing role, ideally in a consumer-focused or retail environment.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and offline marketing strategies.
• Ability to create compelling content and cost-effective marketing materials.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools.

Desirable Skills & Experience:

• CIM Diploma in Marketing or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in brand awareness and engagement campaigns.
• Familiarity with Canva or other design tools.
