We are seeking a HR Coordinator to join our client in central Derby.
This role is perfect for someone with a passion for human resources, exceptional organisational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the day-to-day HR operations, ensuring efficient delivery of services.
- Support the recruitment process, including posting job adverts, screening applications, and coordinating interviews.
- Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems.
- Provide first-line support to employees and managers with HR-related queries.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
