The Engineering & Manufacturing division of SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Worksop Engineer to join an organisation based in Peterborough on a permanent basis.
This an excellent opportunity for the successful applicant to take the next step in their career, leading a small workshop team.
The role is approximately 40% hands on, 60% leadership focussed.
Essential Criteria
- Level 2 or 3 Engineering Qualification
- Hands of mechanical experience with the ability to strip down mechanical equipment to component level.
- The ability to deliver projects in accordance with company processes.
- Have confidence to lead a team and engage with customers - previous team leadership experience is not essential
