MIG Welder

Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:15 PM (Monday - Thursday), 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Friday)
Total Weekly Hours: 38 hours

MIG Welder Job Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG welding operations on trailer components according to technical drawings and specifications.
- Ensure welds meet company standards for strength and quality.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet daily and weekly production targets.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize welding processes and efficiency.

MIG Welder Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a MIG Welder, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality welds.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: Starting on £14.60 per hour, with a realistic opportunity to increase this quickly.
