IT Support Technician
Location: Coleshill & West Bromwich
Salary: £28k-£32k

Who We're Looking For
An experienced IT Support Technician to provide high-quality end-user IT support and collaborate with a global IT team.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional IT support to local and remote users.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
Manage the service desk and IT infrastructure.
Configure, install, and maintain user equipment and systems.
Support and monitor local and cloud-based platforms (e.g., Azure, PaaS).
Collaborate on strategic projects like infrastructure upgrades and software rollouts.

What You Bring:
Proven IT support experience (ideally in a manufacturing environment).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Expertise with Microsoft tools (AD, Office 365, Azure) and hardware setup.
Knowledge of networking, cybersecurity, and collaboration tools.
