HR Manager

SF Recruitment are working exclusively for an SME based in the Dudley area. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experience HR professional that has worked as a stand alone HR Manager previously.

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (37 hours per week) with an early finish on Fridays and flexible start/finish times
Salary: £42,500

As the UK HR Manger you will have the opportunity to lead, shape and deliver the full HR agenda and put your own stamp on it.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver end-to-end HR support including ER, payroll, and policy development
- Advise and coach managers on HR best practices and employment law
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and L&D initiatives
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and performance management processes
- Develop internal communications and support business-wide people strategy

Requirements:
- 10+ years in a senior HR role
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law
- CIPD-qualified (or equivalent)
- Experience in both large and smaller businesses (PE experience a bonus)
- Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and problem-solving skills
