HR Change Manager
SF Recruitment are excited to working with a fantastic organisation based in Birmingham. My client is looking for an experienced People Partner to lead a targeted change programme. This is a high-impact role focused on delivering the people and cultural aspects of our transformation projects, ensuring a smooth transition for colleagues and the business.
Contract: 9 Month Fixed-Term Contract
Location: Birmingham with occasional travel to South West of England
What You’ll Be Doing
• Leading the delivery of a targeted people change programme, providing clear structure and direction.
• Managing the site closure, supporting redeployment or handling redundancy processes.
• Providing and regular progress updates to key stakeholders and the steering group.
• Supporting cultural change with the wider HR team.
• Leading and supporting an HR Advisor, ensuring consistent communication and manager guidance throughout the change process.

• Has strong HR business partnering and change management experience within complex organisations.
• Can take full ownership of a programme – driving it forward, managing risk, and anticipating challenges.
• Is confident managing redundancy, redeployment, and consultation processes.
• Thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments with multiple workstreams.
• Builds strong, credible relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Balances strategic oversight with hands-on delivery.
