We're seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our client's People Team in a senior capacity, supporting the organisation through a transformative and high growth phase. This role will take a strong partnering approach, working closely with leaders across all business functions to deliver strategic change projects that align with business objectives and support long term growth.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping the HR agenda, influencing key stakeholders, and driving HR transformation initiatives from concept through to delivery. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working on complex projects, strong commercial awareness, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands on execution.
