SF Recruitment are proud to be exclusively supporting a well-established organisation in their search for an HR Advisor. Joining a small, collaborative HR team, you'll provide operational HR support across a headcount of around 100 employees. This is a hands-on, varied role where you'll offer expert advice to managers and employees while also contributing to wider people initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a range of employee relations cases including absence, performance, disciplinary and grievance matters
- Lead and support HR investigations and formal processes
- Oversee flexible working requests, family leave, and Occupational Health referrals
- Maintain accurate records and reporting via the HRIS
- Support learning & development through qualification tracking and coordination with external assessors
- Conduct exit interviews and employee surveys; identify and analyse trends
- Liaise with external employment law advisors to ensure HR practices remain compliant

We're looking for someone who brings a strong HR generalist background and a genuine commitment to people development. You'll be:
- Confident in advising managers and handling ER issues 
- Proactive, detail-oriented and solutions-focused
- Comfortable with HRIS platforms and data management
- Knowledgeable in employment law and HR best practices
- Driven by values and passionate about creating inclusive, people first workplaces
