Finance Business Partner

SF Recruitment are working with an exciting business based in South Birmingham, for the recruitment of an ambitious Finance Business Partner.

This is an incredible opportunity to join a rapidly growing business and really add value to the role and therefore the wider company. Due to recent projected growth plans, the Business is expanding and this role will be a new addition to the headcount. The Business is looking for a forward thinking, ambitious and highly motivated individual to join the Finance team and support the finance team and wider business to drive the business forward.
Reporting directly to the Finance Director and working closely with the divisional MD, duties of the role will include:
- Working closely with the Operational leadership team to influence strategies and commercial initiatives
- Look for opportunities to drive business improvement and develop product and customer profitability
- Build and end to end product profitability strategy and ethos
- Leading forecasting and planning activities
- Developing and improving ROI and new product development

To be considered for this role you will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA). You will have strong Finance Business partnering experience and excellent analytical skills. Experience of supporting operations, margin analysis and customer profitability analysis is desired.
