Telesales Executive

Telesales Executive - £25,000 - Training and Development Opportunities!

SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Telesales Executive on a full-time basis. The role will be in the perfect location for candidates living in Colwick, Burton Joyce, Carlton, Radcliff on Trent and the surrounding areas. You will be working as part of a small team dealing with customers, handling inbound and outbound calls, queries and maximising sales opportunities with current customers.

It is essential that the successful candidate has customer service and/or telesales experience. Communication is key in a role like this, so if you are somebody who is happy to handle calls and be on the phone speaking to customers, alongside general administration, then this is an ideal opportunity for you! 

Your duties will include:

- Dealing with inbound customer queries
- Dealing with current customers and upselling where necessary 
- Taking responsibility for all enquiries through to completion
- Highlighting communications and new services
- Working with the team on prospecting activities
- Following up on new applications, chasing documentation

Skills & Experience Required:

- Experience of working within a Customer Service/Sales environment
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Negotiation skills
- Attention to detail
- Self-motivated a good time management skills

Working Hours; Monday - Friday 9.00 AM - 5.30 PM
Salary; £25,000
