About the Role:
SF Recruitment are looking for a Business Development Executive to join a fantastic business in Colwick, Nottingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career in sales, working for a company that offers excellent training, career progression, and uncapped earning potential.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Generating new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and networking.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Consultatively selling our services and solutions, identifying the best options for each client.
- Working towards and exceeding sales targets, with a generous commission structure to reward your success.
- Keeping up to date with industry trends and market developments.
- Work with your Business Manager partner to identify prospecting strategies and develop an ongoing action plan
- Support the Marketing Executive to ensure coordinated prospecting activity is in place at all times
- Work with own base of customers to drive connections
- Take responsibility for all queries and ensure they are dealt with to conclusion
- Promote and communicate new services or business changes

What We're Looking For:
- Previous sales or business development experience (ideally in telecommunications)
- A motivated and target-driven mindset with a passion for sales.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- A strong work ethic and resilience, thriving in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Located near Colwick, Nottingham, or must have a valid driving license due to limited public transport links.
