Tax Manager

SF Recruitment are delighted to be working with a growing and highly acquisitive service business based in Tamworth who are looking for a Tax Manager on a permanent basis.

This is a fantastic time to join the business as they go through a period of further growth which has resulted in the need for a tax specialist to join the company.

Reporting into the CFO, you will be responsible for setting up and documenting various tax policies and procedures for the business, working closely with the company's auditors to ensure full tax compliance across the company. This role will provide a blank canvas for the right individual to make their mark on the tax affairs of the business and really shape this role up to be their own.

You will be an all round specialist in tax as you will be working on corporation tax, VAT, transfer pricing and EC Sales lists, as well as developing and maintaining the relationship with HMRC.

Experience of tax in different jurisdictions would provide a distinct advantage with this position.

To be considered, you must be a qualified accountant and this role would suit a 2nd time mover from practice.
