Senior FBP

My client is a Wiltshire based company who are looking for a Senior Finance Business Partner on a permanent basis.

Reporting into the Commercial Finance Director, you will play a pivotal role and act as a strategic partner to purchasing, sales and operations in providing meaningful and insightful financial information to drive business performance.

My client is looking for a highly skilled, commercially minded accountant who has the experience, ability and confidence to bring together a number of operational teams to drive real growth in the business as they continue on their exciting expansion.

You will be responsible for the following amongst other things:

Influencing decision making
Supporting the development of initiatives to improve sales volume and margin quality
Work with sales managers to drive performance
Develop and maintain KPIs with a view to achieving strategic goals
Ensure robust reporting tools are in place and used effectively
Lead the annual budgeting process and forecasting cycles

To be considered for this role, you must be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA CIMA) and have operated at a senior level in a commercial finance role.

My client is looking for someone on be on-site 5 days a week with some travel to other sites.
