Purchase Ledger (CIS)
We are currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk on a temp-to-perm basis to join a busy and supportive finance team based in Solihull. This role offers hybrid working once settled into the position.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with CIS experience or a background working within a housebuilder or construction environment.
Key Responsibilities
Processing a high volume of purchase invoices accurately
Handling subcontractor invoices and ensuring compliance with CIS requirements
Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies
Dealing with supplier and internal invoice queries
Assisting with payment runs
Maintaining accurate purchase ledger records
Supporting month-end processes as required
About You
Previous experience in a purchase ledger/accounts payable role
CIS experience is highly desirable
Experience within construction or housebuilding is advantageous
Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
Confident using finance systems and Excel
Able to manage deadlines and work both independently and as part of a team
