Production Manager. Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a dynamic Production Manager to drive efficiency, quality, and team performance across their operations.
Production Manager - Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement production strategies to meet business goals.
- Lead and mentor a team of supervisors to achieve high performance.
- Oversee production processes, ensuring schedules, quality, and safety standards are met.
- Optimise operations using lean methodologies and continuous improvement.
- Manage budgets and collaborate with other departments for smooth workflows.
Production Manager - What You'll Need:
- 5+ years' production management experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Expertise in manufacturing processes, ERP systems, and lean practices.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Flexibility in role.
Hours of Work: Monday - Friday permanent days 37.5 hours per week.
