SF Recruitment are delighted to be working with an international manufacturing business in the recruitment of a Plant Controller.
The successful candidate will act as the Finance business partner to the Plant Manager and Finance Director, providing timely, accurate, and manufacturing-focused finance support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory, costing, and operational reporting.
- Drive cost reduction and productivity initiatives.
- Oversee purchase requisitions and standard cost evaluations.
- Participate in daily production meetings and monthly results presentations.
- Prepare weekly reports and month-end journal entries.
- Manage capital expenditures and ensure SOX compliance.
- Support statutory audits and continuous process improvements.
Requirements:
Ideally you will be part/qualified CIMA/ACCA
Experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong numerical, analytical, and communication skills.
Knowledge of SAP
Hybrid working
