We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Engineer to lead support teams based in the UK. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the continuity and security of IT systems across factory locations, while supporting strategic infrastructure growth and operational excellence.

What You’ll Bring:

• Strong experience in virtualisation, ideally with VMWare technologies
• In-depth understanding of Network administration & optimisation - Aruba experience preferred
• Experience of IT Governance frameworks & protocols

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support IT teams across multiple factory locations in Europe
• Provide hands-on mentorship to regional staff
• Implement and refine IT strategies aligned with business goals and security standards
• Manage network architecture, security frameworks, and system uptime
• Oversee the rollout of new technologies and infrastructure upgrades
