SF Group are excited to be working with a business based in Solihull on their search for a Head of Finance.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the finance function.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with the Group Finance Director to support financial planning and deliver key objectives.
- Lead the production of accurate and insightful financial reports to inform business strategy.
- Develop strong relationships with senior stakeholders, providing expert financial guidance.
- Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen financial controls and risk management.
- Utilise technology and automation to streamline month-end reporting and improve efficiency.
- Oversee financial policies and procedures for event-related P&L, ensuring compliance and best practices.
- Enhance financial visibility by introducing self-service reporting tools for key decision-makers.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence.

The Successful Applicant:

- A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with extensive post-qualification experience.
- Strong background in financial leadership, with expertise in financial reporting and process optimisation.
- A strategic mindset with exceptional stakeholder management skills.
- Experience driving finance system improvements and automation.
- A proactive, hands-on leader who can develop and inspire teams.

- Salary up to £100,000 PA depending on experience
