Location: Tamworth - on-site 5 days a week
Salary: Up to £30,000

SF Recruitment are supporting a UK Manufacturer who are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to produce production-ready artwork across various media. You will take design concepts and create final outputs suitable for use in projects and content.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and create visually engaging content for print and digital platforms.
• Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to deliver high-quality designs that meet briefs.
• Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines.
• Apply designs to packaging artwork and labels across multiple brands.
• Manage and upload graphic content to company websites using content management systems.
• Contribute creative ideas during concept development meetings.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in graphic design.
• Support photography and editing efforts when required (training provided).
• Consistently meet deadlines and manage workload effectively.

• Proficiency in graphic design and typography.
• Highly organized, reliable, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Quick learner, self-motivated, and enthusiastic about improving skills and work quality.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Problem-solving skills and knowing when to seek assistance.
• Experience with Adobe applications including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, and Easy Catalogue. (Desirable)
