Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes

Deliver high-quality financial models to support decision-making across multiple business areas

Produce insightful monthly performance packs with clear commentary and actionable analysis

Partner with operational and commercial teams to challenge assumptions and highlight opportunities

Develop and track key performance indicators to measure success and drive accountability

Identify risks, trends, and opportunities to support strategic planning and investment decisions

Continually improve FP&A processes, tools, and reporting capability

Provide scenario analysis and recommendations to support growth, efficiency, and profitability

Support the Finance Director with board packs, cash flow planning, and long-term forecasting
