Financial Controller

SF Executive have partnered with a private equity backed SAAS business that is seeking a Financial Controller.

As the Financial Controller you will join the finance team at a pivotal time in the organisation's strategic development and growth journey. You will empower the strategic growth by providing high quality financial and statutory reporting, robust governance and safeguarding of the companies' assets. You will play a key role in supporting the CFO enhancing operational rigor in the business and delivering profitable growth.

The Financial Controller will own the following processes:

- Management and Statutory reporting
- Financial Systems
- Financial Controls and Governance
- Tax
- Cash Management and Banking
- Audit
- Debt Compliance reporting

The successful Financial Controller will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA or equivalent) who has held a lead financial position within a small to medium sized organisation, ideally within a SAAS business or a business with private equity investors. You will possess excellent interpersonal skills and the capacity to influence and manage team members and stakeholders effectively.
