SF Recruitment are working with a fantastic company based in Leicestershire who are looking for Accounts Assistant to join their team on a full time / permanent basis. The successful candidate must already have previous experience in a similarly broad role.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Credit control, Accounts payable, Payroll and month end duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Raising & processing Purchase Invoices
• Checking invoices match
• Statement reconciliation
• Allocating and reconciling payments
• Credit Control duties
• Liaising with suppliers
• Resolving queries
• Keeping accounts accurate and up to date
• Any other ad hoc duties

Candidate requirements

• Ideally working towards AAT qualification
• Must have experience in a similar accounting role
• Ideally PL, Credit Control & Payroll exposure
• Strong Excel user
• Confident communicator
• Excellent attention to detail
• Great time management & organisation

Please note this is a Permanent, Full-Time role based in Leicestershire.
