FINANCE ASSISTANT
UP TO £30,000 PA
NOTTINGHAM, NG2
FULL TIME, PERMANENT

SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Finance Assistant to join a business located in Nottingham, NG2. You will benefit from an attractive salary package and will be part of a business who are offering an exciting and evolving opportunity.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Posting sales invoices, purchases invoices and journals onto Sage Line 50.
- Reconciling GBP and other currency bank accounts.
- Maintaining accurate data for reporting purposes.
- Setting up and approving payments where necessary for customer trades
- Maintaining up-to-date aged creditors reports and paying suppliers where necessary
- Update and post journals from our internal system (Sales Force & FX Bos) for the client's trades.
- Reconcile profit reports against liquidity providers
- Reconcile all credit and Amex cards for the individual departments.
