SF Recruitment are delighted to be working exclusively with a Coventry based automotive engineering and manufacturing business in the recruitment of an experienced Finance Analyst on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a rapidly growing business.

The Financial Analyst that will assist the Financial Controller in the assessment of company performance by study and analysis of financial and operational data. This role will be expected to act as a catalyst in the continuous improvement process by supplying analytical support of the operational areas.

We are seeking a finalist/qualified accountant, ideally with experience within the manufacturing sector.

As finance analyst - key duties will include:

• Prepare monthly financial statements, including Controller's Comments, and cash flow forecasts.
• Analyse actual results compared to budget.
• Assist with the preparation of quarterly forecast and annual budget
• Maintain integrity of financial systems - SAP
• Interface and business partner with all departments to determine requirements for and proper use of financial information, including participation in regular managers meetings
• Assist in establishing processes and continual monitoring of cash flows at the divisional and Group levels to ensure business plans and objectives can be executed as intended
