Credit Controller
We’re partnering with a fast-growing B2B events business delivering high-profile hosted buyer events across education, healthcare and the public sector.
This role sits within a busy finance team and takes ownership of credit control and billing across a portfolio of live events.
Key responsibilities

End-to-end debt collection via phone and email

Producing weekly debtor reports

Working closely with sales and event teams to resolve queries

Allocating customer receipts and resolving invoice disputes

Supporting ad-hoc finance analysis

Attending events where required
About you
-
2+ years’ experience in credit control or finance
-
Confident communicator, comfortable chasing debt
-
Able to work at pace while maintaining accuracy
-
Intermediate Excel skills (ERP/CRM experience beneficial)

Proactive, organised and solution-focused
