Credit Controller - Temp to perm opportunity 
Birmingham - Hybrid working (1 day a week in the office) 
£15-16 an hour, salary on offer up to £30,000 

Credit Controller required for an exciting temporary to permanent opportunity based in Birmingham offering an immediate start. SF are working with a well established business with strong flexible & hybrid working policies, to secure a temporary Credit Controller. The successful Credit Controller will be able to hit the ground running, dynamic in adapting to new processes and be confident in achieving results.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing both B2C & B2B customer accounts
• Chasing customers by phone and email
• Stakeholder relationship management
• Reduction of aged debt
• Query generation & resolution
• Negotiation of payment plans
• Full ownership of your own ledger

You will bring:

• 2+ Years working in Credit Control/Collections
• Tenacious work ethic
• Strong attention to detail
• Systems experience & strong Excel ability
• Excellent verbal communication
