Credit Controller

Credit Controller required for an exciting Debt Recovery project based out of Birmingham City Centre. This Credit Control role will offer hybrid working and the autonomy to work independently to reduce Aged Debt, manage stakeholder relationships and support the Credit Control team with any ad hoc requirements.

You will be responsible for;
Aged debt reduction
Management of both B2C & B2B accounts including payment negotiations
Proactively chase outstanding invoices by phone & e-mail
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer accounts
Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer queries
Ensure all activities comply with company policies and relevant financial regulations

You will bring:
Proven experience in credit control or accounts receivable
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Attention to detail and ability to work independently
Strong systems acumen (Experience with Sage preferred)
