Chief Financial Officer

SF Executive are working with a global private equity house to source a commercially strong and communicative Chief Financial Officer for their portfolio business in the London area.

The business in question has a strong EBITDA number and following the exit of the long-standing CFO post fundraise, the company seeks a top tier business partner to work with the CEO to lead the business through its next stage of growth.

The company in question is in the multi site services / people space and growth will be achieved through a combination of organic growth and sensibly executed M&A.

Really we are looking for CFOs who have led an investor backed business through a period of growth to a positive exit - ideally with some buy and build for good measure. But we would also consider PE CFOs that haven't had that defining exit yet - an ability to buy and as importantly, integrate acquisitions well would not go amiss!

Candidates really do need No 1 or No 2 PE finance experience to be considered for this role - we would look at people from locations beyond the London assuming there was a willingness to spend some time every week at the office.

A strong package and equity opportunity (potentially over £1m) will exist for the appointed candidate hence our inability to dilute away from the above.
