Chief Financial Officer
SF Executive is working with a highly successful mid market private equity house to find a value oriented Chief Financial Officer for their IFA / insurance related portfolio company in the South East.
Alongside an enigmatic Chief Executive Officer, you will have direct responsibility for driving the strategic direction of the business, pushing on month to month company performance and also leading significant M&A activity.
At the right time there will also be an opportunity to lead an exit either into a secondary PE transaction or into a trade buyer.
We are looking for PE CFOs with a level of financial services / IFA / brokerage experience that have ideally led M&A activity and an exit at the £100m plus EV level.
A commensurate package and equity opportunity will exist for the successful candidate.
