CAD Engineer

CAD Engineer - Outside of IR35. Our client, a leading house builder, is looking for a Civil Engineering CAD Technician to support their team on a 3-6-month contract. Due to an increase in workload, our client is looking for some additional support in their Design & Technical team. The role will mainly comprise of creating AutoCAD drawings, with the flexibility to support in other areas such as site / contractor queries'

CAD Engineer Key Responsibilities:
- Develop AutoCAD drawings
- Can support where needed for Civil engineering duties.
- Produce external levels and private drawings.
- Assemble and deliver the civil engineering package.
- Resolve engineering and building-related issues.
- Assist in discharging engineering-related planning conditions.


CAD Engineer Requirements:
- Experience working with a house builder or engineering consultancy.
- Strong background in engineering design production.
- HNC in Civil Engineering Studies or equivalent is desirable.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- A valid driving license.
