SF are currently recruiting for a highly respected, multi-award-winning leading organisation based in North Derby on a temporary basis as an Assistant Accountant.
Salary up to £33,000
1-2 days working from home
Flexible working hours - Full time (37.5 hours)
Job duties:
- Aid accounting staff and department with day-to-day accounting duties
- Preparing profit and loss accounts sheets
- Reconciliation of finance accounts
- Preparing VAT return
- Preparing the yearly budget
- Preparation of accounts
- Maintaining spreadsheets for the department
- Track payments and ensure accuracy of paid accounts
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- AAT Qualified or equivalent
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Excel
