Assistant Accountant
SF are currently recruiting for an Assistant Accountant based in Swadlincote on a permanent basis. This is an exciting role that has been created due to growth within the business and is great for someone looking to develop and progress.
Salary up to £30,000
Study support
Flexible working hours - Full time (37.5 Hours)
20 holidays + bank holidays
Full office based - Swadlincote

Job duties:
Assist the Finance Manager with preparing the Management Accounts and all Month - End duties
Bank and Balance Sheet Reconciliations
Month - End Journals
Assist with Fixed Asset Register - Additions, Depreciation and Disposals
Assist with VAT Returns
Assist with Payroll info
The ideal candidate will have the following:
Some Month - End experience (Bank/Balance Sheet Reconciliations and Journals)
Ambitious
Team player
Good attention to detail
