Accounts Receivable Assistant
SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for a temporary Accounts Receivable Assistant to join a buoyant, stable business based centrally to Derby for approx. 2 months.
Hybrid working - office 2 days, work from home 3 days.
Full time- 37.5 hours PW
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Supporting the wider AR function
- Respond to customer queries via email and telephone
- Ensure all statements and invoices are correct and issued as agreed.
- Raise sales invoices
- To provide ad hoc support to the wider UK finance organisation as required.
The successful candidate will need to be a strong communicator who can prioritise workloads and work successfully as part of a team. AR experience not essential - more the ability to read an invoice & respond to queries in a professional and timely manner. Must be able to start within a week.
