Accounts Payable Assistant - Aston - Temporary Opportunity
An excellent opportunity has become available for a Accounts Payable Assistant to join a growing business based in Aston. This is a temporary, full-time position.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end processing of up to 1,000 invoices per month
- Ensuring accuracy and efficiency in invoice processing and payment runs
- Liaising with suppliers and internal departments to resolve queries
- Supporting the wider finance team as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an accounts payable role, ideally within a high-volume environment
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities
Additional Information:
- Based on the outskirts of Birmingham city centre
- Monday to Friday, fully on-site (Temporary, with possible permanent opportunity)
