Accounts Assistant
Temporary accounts assistant required for a business in Coventry. Job duties will be:
- Receiving daily post of fines charges from issuing authorities, sort into defined categories
- Prep documents for input into KOFAX system
- Work as part of our accounts team, paying particular attention to details and following instructions methodically
- Informing suppliers of reasons for non-payment in writing or by telephone
- Follow all Health and Safety Policy requirements
Requirements for the role:
Ideally you must have experience in accounts - processing invoices or raising invoices would be ideal
You will be based in a contemporary office with a café with free parking on site, local transport buses drop off outside and weekly hours are 37.5 with half hour lunch break (unpaid)
